Need help need advice need legal at vice have a neighbor across the street leases his property out to produce farmers their behavior has been atrocious they blast music in the field in and out of this property there traffic is excessive in and out the noise disturbance is high and sometimes they are there till very very late at night we live in a semi rural area residential area we are surrounded by tree nurseries with did debris and these farmers also smoke in the field causing fire hazards we have sent letter upon letter certified as well as text after text and voicemail asking the property owners who also reside on the property to have these farmers stop blasting music stop smoking and be more considerate of our peace and quiet because this is our home the property owners this message completely and after that the farmer started retaliating provoking taunting and harassing by driving up and down our property lines screaming out of the window as well as honking horn all the way down or property line as well as blasting music even more we do call the police but the police have to catch them in the act the City of Riverside California says it's not their jurisdiction as well as the Riverside County Farm Bureau as well as the state of California so they leave it to us to take to course we cannot find an address for this business these farmers there is no confirm address to send legal documentation to as well as to have papers served so here is our question can we sue the property owners for a restraining order for the behavior of these farmers that they are hiring to work on their property money is exchanged between these farmers in the property on her for property owner has been made aware as well as the farmers and it still continues on and our family is still being harassed and terrorize my children do not want to go on the front yard we had a video of them blasting music on King horn screaming out of the window excessive traffic prove a certified letters texts and voicemails so we would like to take the property owners to court to get the restraining order against the farmers to have the judge have no more farmers on the property is this something that could happen or do we have to find the address for these farmers because its nowhere to be found we don't think it's a legal business because he's hiring these farmers under the table and he is paying them to work on his property and they are committing these ask why they are on his property coming in and out so is he accountable for their behavior and can he get the restraining order please let us know as soon as possible because we need to get this going for our children

It seems obvious that the property owners are not upset by the tenant farmers (or by your complaints to them about the farmers). You are not going to be able to prevent the property owners from renting to farmers and a court will not order this.

I suggest you continue to contact the police every time you think the noise is excessive. Good luck.
