My friend sold me a car. I lost my job and she said not to make payments until I get a job which I still dont have. She took my car yesterday and said I owe her late fees. We didnt have a contract on any of this. Can she take my car? or even make me pay late fees? Both of our names are on the title.

because I was making payments on the car. We were going to take her name off once the car was paid off
