My friend sold me a car. I lost my job and she said not to make payments until I get a job which I still dont have. She took my car yesterday and said I owe her late fees. We didnt have a contract on any of this. Can she take my car? or even make me pay late fees? Both of our names are on the title.

Yes, she can take her car. And you can take your car.

Why in the WORLD would both names be on the title?
