I am renting some things from RENT-A-CENTER and had fallen behind on payments. They want to take the items I am renting and I have refused. I am still paying on these things and have been for over a year.
Recently, there was a card left on my door from a bailiff and when I called him he said that they could get a court order to have a locksmith let RENT-A-CENTER in my house with out my permission. Can they really get a court order to enter my home?
