If a civil suit is in pusuit against a former employee for violating a non compete clause with that fomer company, and the (plantiff) company is issuing subpeonas and getting depositions from current and former employees to use against this person who supposedly violated their non compete clause, can information submitted by a non party person under a subpeona be used against that non party person if company files an action against them in the future?
