Hello,

I am suing my ex roommate for >$10,000 in Illinois. I have filed the complaint, and she has been served. Now, she claims that she has filed for bankruptcy. Now that she has filed what recourse do I have? Can my claim be discharged by the bankruptcy court? She filed for bankruptcy in Ohio (where she lives now).. thanks for anyhelp
