What is the name of your state?AZ

If one's attorney has told one that, "The complaint is out for service," may one assume that the complaint has been filed with the court?

Sounds to me like the complaint is filed and in the hands of a process server.

When your attorney tells you something and you are not sure what it means, ASK HIM what it means! :)
