What is the name of your state? MI

I am the plaintiff in a general civil case against the owner of a concrete company (incorporated) which has been dissolved.

The company poured an unacceptable concrete patio at my home. The owner agreed to re-pour the patio due to poor quality. The company dissolved before re-pouring the patio and the owner then ignored all calls and e-mails to schedule the re-pouring.

So now i'm suing the owner (since i can't recoup money from a dissolved company) for refund of the money i paid for the patio.

Do i have a chance of winning or is the owner protected by his incorporated company now being dissolved?
