I recently went under cover for my company to expose theft by its employees and our competitor. As I worked under cover, I was out on administrative leave so that it looked as though I had done something wrong. I was being paid a bonus while out instead of my salary since I work on commission. My company promised me that after the investigation is over and the lawsuit is complete, I would be well compensated. To this date, I have not been compensated other than the money I got while on leave. Ultimately, my company settled out of court to the tune of $7 Million dollars. My bosses also told me that no one would ever find out about my involvement but now everyone has been told. My work place has become intolerable since people call me snitch and spy and rat. Recently I ended up in the E.R. thinking I was having a heart attack and found out that I am suffering from anxiety now. This venture for my company has come at a price and I would like to be compensated as promised. Help! |
