    Complaint Filed Against Me?

Is there any way I can find out if a complaint or lawsuit has been filed against me prior to receiving any kind of notice?

    My response:

If you're just talking about Florida courts, as opposed to a lawsuit filed against you in other States, you may be able to hire an "Attorney Service" to run a countywide and Statewide search of all the courts in your county and in Florida. Otherwise, doing it yourself without the necessary tools at your disposal would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
