i had about 25 pieces of jewelry on consignment in a local shop.
one day I went to see how things were going and i found that the shop was closed up. I've been trying to reach the owner, left several messages on her answering machine, once I talked to a man who answered the phone. he told me he would be sure to have her call me. i haven't heard from her yet. Do I have any recourse as far as getting my property back or payment for the items that have not been returned to me? Thanks!
