What is the name of your state? Texas

I was recently served a subpoena for documents on my computer related to a political action committee that I did some consulting work for. They also asked for several months of cell phone records. I really don't want to give out this information, but I am not sure how to contest the subpoena. I tried calling them, but they refused to help me. Please help. Thanks.

If you want to contest or quash a subpoena, then get a lawyer. Its a legal process and you would probably prefer to get it right the first time, since you won't get a second shot.
