What is the name of your state? Texas

I'm getting bullied here. I used to own a corporation some years ago. The corporation is dead and gone. The corporate charter is forfiet. It was never in bankruptcy, I just let it go and shut the doors.

Now I'm being threatened by an old old vendor for 120.00 for re-stocking fee's (I sent back stock when I closed the doors). From over 2 years ago.

If the corporation is forfiet, can someone still sue it?
And I thought if a person goes 2 years without any attempts to collect a debt, it is considered to be too late?
