What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I was a former employee of a collection agency in Denver Colorado. I am aware of civil lawsuits that were brought/filed against the wrong people. When I notified the manager of the legal department of this problem she claimed there was nothing she could do. I was an asset locator/skip tracer and the reports I provided our attorneys were used to execute our civil judgments, before this job I formerly worked as a fraud prevention specialist with a large bank/credit card company. I know of at least 70 accounts where the wrong person was sued, and a judgment was awarded. This collection agency had a habit of changing social security numbers and altering documents. What government agency should I report this to? And does anyone know of any attorneys for a class action lawsuit, considering lawsuits were filed against the wrong people all across the country by several different attorneys that handled suits for my former employer.
Another question, I worked many hours of overtime over a four year period of time with no overtime compensation;I was an hourly employee. The company was forced to pay overtime by the Department of Labor for overtime violations in the past. Should I file another claim with the Department of Labor against this company for overtime violations or should I seek my own civil lawsuit against this company. Also when I was laid off this company did not pay me immediately upon separation from the company. It was well over a week before I was paid, and over a month for accrued vacation pay. Any Ideas on attorneys?

So if I understand your situation, you worked for this company for four years. You knew all along that this company was acting inappropriately and you said or did nothing?

Wow... You are no better than the unethical ex-employer.
