Which county can i sue in?

What is the name of your state? FL

I am sueing the state for a restraining order issues that i recieved in another county....do i have to sue the state from that county or can i do it form teh county i live in now?

Hire a lawyer. You are way out of your league if you plan on sueing the state and don't know which county to sue in.
