What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
I hope this is the correct forum
I just settled a civil law suite and have to have an Acknowledgment of Satisfaction of Judgment recorded in 6 different counties.
I'm mailing them out, on the cover page, it requests the following information:
"Recording Requested By" and "When Recorded Mail To"
Do I enter my information? or the attorney’s office who filed suite against me?
Your help is greatly appreciated!
