What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I think someone may be stalking me online. While he has never said anything outright threatening, he has posted information about where I live on a public forum and seems to know a lot more about me than an average internet user should. I have politely asked him to stop, and I even wrote up a Cease and Desist order and posted it, but he has continued to pursue and harass me. What legal precedent to I have to press charges?
