What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Oregon
By definition, are "damages" constituted by the loss of benefits only if you have applied for the benefits and been denied, or only been refused the right to apply for the benefits?
Would you have to produce a solid dollar figure of the loss, or could you produce a figure representing potential loss?
Hope I worded this appropriately.
Thank you and Happy New Year! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
