I just sent my trial witness list to the defendant in my complaint. Discovery has ended and the pre-trial conference is two weeks away. I've been getting complaints from the witnesses on my list that the defendant called them today demanding information that he was denied in his pre-trial motion to compel, threatening them with massive legal bills if they don't cooperate with him, and defaming me to these witnesses who are also business customers of mine. Help! How do I put a stop to his misconduct...like tomorrow?
