What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

I am the defendant in a lawsuit.

Almost one month ago I received a Delay Prevention Order. It that stated if the plaintiff did not "File within 30 days a Response to Show Cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute... Noncompliance with this Order constitutes a failure to diligently prosecute this action and is ground to dismiss this action without prejudice... Rule 341 (b) (2)."

Last week I received a Notice to Set Trial Date by Telephone.

Now my question is, since the plaintiff did not file a Response to Show Cause, is there some technicality I can use or motion I can file, because they failed to show cause? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
