What is the name of your state? NEW JERSEY.

If a Plaintiff's attorney is being particulary difficult in appearing for pre-trial depositions what is the appropriate action? File a motion with the Court or a Depostion Subpoena?

file a motion to compel deposition with the court. you are talking about taking the deposition of the plaintiff, right?

Notice of Deposition in Family Court--Must I attend?

California--San Bernardino County Court--

Was just served with a notice of deposition on Mother's Day--my ex is taking me back to court to review child support and to request additional vacation time with the children. We have a court date and a date for mandatory mediation---am I required to attend the deposition? I was not served with a subpoena or a court order.
