Is that $100.00 (one hundred dollars) or $100,000 (one hundred thousand dollars)? A comma or a period can make a big difference. And unless you know what to do in a court, I would suggest hiring a lawyer. If you are being sued because of an auto accident, contact your insurer, they are obligated to provide you with counsel.
