extradited for civil suit?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA. Will we be extradited for not showing for a civil suit, or will he just win? after we move to a different state can we deal with it without showing up for court? landlord is sueing for breech of contract, well be in breech by time court date comes up. previous thread was posted 10-17-08 landlord sueing for more than owed... Can he garnish for more than we can afford to live?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

He will just win. You'd be suprised on how much the government thinks you need to live on. I bet it is a lot less than you think.
