What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
Can I bring a suit against a food product manufacturer, and the store that carries that product, for stating there is no sugar in something that contains a sugar by-product sweetner.

if you are speaking of sucralose (Splenda), and the product does not contain any actual sugar; No because it does not contain sugar.

just for arguments sake, lets say it did actually contain sugar.

what damages do you have due to the labeling?
