False Arrest

I need any code, statute, etc. in Texas that is directly related to "false arrest". If you could post the statute # and or post the contents, it would be greatly appreciated.

My response:

So, once again, you've been arrested. Just can't stay out of trouble? Where's "Mystery55" and why isn't she helping you?

Same arrest bud....and it's time to set things right since all charges have been dropped. You didn't believe me then that I was wrongfully arrested and no reason for you to believe me now.

So, do you have ANYTHING constructive to say....such as where I can find the information I'm looking for?

My response:

You've got to be kidding. You cause all sorts of trouble on these boards, and you have the temerity to come back to ask for help?

The only "constructive" help I can give you is to tell you to "Get a life."

Go to law school or courthouse and look in the law library. The clerk will point you in right direction. Sit down with book and take notes. Bring quarters for photocopying pages in machine.

vrzirn.....I was wanting to save myself a trip down to the law library. If I can get my hands on a statute #, then I'll be able to look it up on the net.
