What is the name of your state? California

Need advice. I have a slew of case law supporting my position (see other post). I'm filing a First Amended Answer with additional affirmative defenses. I plan to file a Motion for Summary Judgement. Should I include my supporting documents/case law with my ANSWER as well as my Motion for Summary Judgement or one or the other? What's proper procedure?
