What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?California
Due to some sort of error my entry did not post.. I reentered it

About to file a complaint with a number of causes of action including Declaratory Relief, requests for injunctions and request for damages.
could use some pointers
1 - Exhibits - I refer to 4 recorded documents, 5 letters and an engineers report - should I include these as exhibits? or will I do that later as part of a trial brief?
2 - Can I have some of my damages "to be determined" and then amend to correct them?
3 - If Defendant defaults do I still submit a trial brief to add detail to the complaint or does the complaint need to be sufficiently detailed as to stand on its own?

rmknox, you cannot "preview" your post before submitting it. There is a defect of some sort with the preview feature and it tends to delete the posts. I don't know why.

Try to "edit" your original post or use the "reply to thread" to add your question. Thanks. :)
