What is the name of your state? debtors state N.C.
Debtor moved from Canada to NC. Owes money, stopped payments,
Have default judgment that is not recognized in NC. Have copies of cancelled bank checks.
Can I file a claim in the state for the money outstanding.
Do I need to have the note authenticated?
How?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
