What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

I'm the defendant; all three I'm not guilty. As a Pro Se want to file motion to dismiss or motion to dismiss, move definite staement from plaintiff.

Which one? How do I write it? Do I need to answer each one of the counts or can I answer them as one unit by listing all on them together?

Thank you.

What you are asking for is legal services, not advice. Get a good local attorney.
