I was ordered to pay $2600 for my neighbors counseling sessions. I found out AFTER the court order to pay, that they were fraudulent, that the victim provided a QUOTE and wrote along the bottom that it was paid. I have a notarized letter and invoice from the counselor stating that it was only a quote that was provided. How do I appeal or what do I do??? It was 30 days on July 3rd.
