What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IL

I am in collections and am looking to garnish wages for cases that already have a judgement. Can I do this as a representative of the collection agency? What about filing suit to get a judgement? also what is the procedure to do so?

Darn it JETX....my computer monitor is really ticked at you right now. It hates coffee
Sorry to hear that... I have found myself in the same situation, often having to wipe coffee (early in the day) or some mighty fine Scotch (late at night) off of my screen when I read some of the responses.

I just hope the OP is able to fill that shopping cart with his 'collections' today and is able to find a good 'corrugated home'.
