PA (only U.S. law)? I have a son who is severely disabled and turning 18. In PA I can file for guardianship without an attorney and the level of his functioning (IQ of 28) and my care for him for the past 18 yrs and my commitment to care for and protect him for as long as I can has lead me to put the paperwork together and attempt to file on my own. I have the paperwork from the court and instructions from DRN's packet my only question is really basic. DO I just staple the petition and all of the supporting documentation together or should it be bound. I know dumb question but that really is it.

Thank you
