This is a follow up from my phone harrasment..i took racers advice and seen
local law director.. he says i have to go to the major city of cleveland, to the clerks dept. to do so... It will cost about a 100 dollars to do a restraining order. I need help on how to prepare one.. I'm a painter by trade and had a slow winter season and cannot afford a attorney at this time.. If someone could help me..
