how to enter evidence into a proceding

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?(Florida)

I am going through a bitter divorce where my ex is making allegations. I have letters from her and a court transcript
from a previous proceding. How can I enter this as evidence when I go to court I will be acting pro sea.
