What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona Superior Court
I'm being sued in Arizona Superior Courts. I was sued by this same person last year, went to arbitration, the whole bit. This is over a different matter. My question is how do I go about counter suing? Can I just mention it in the Response or Answer that I have to file or do I have file a whole other complaint and reference the Case # I'm counter suing on?
Also is there any legal groups in the Phoenix area that give advice or maybe just walk you through the steps? I full blown lawyer is out of the question, just wanted to know if there are maybe some students that offer help?
