What is the name of your state?California
I am a Plaintiff in a state case it has been answered,how can I transfer to Federal distric court What motions to file? where and when, the case has jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C 1331 and has civil rights violations and UCL cause. I also wants to add another cause of action and ask for Injuctive relief.Do I have to transfer the old state complaint? or get it certify and by who
