I have a writ of bodily attachment for a non criminal civil case. I missed my court appearance. I'm wondering if I go to the court tomorrow to appear if i will be able to avoid jail detainment?

Understood. Trying to get advice everywhere possible. It's niot a criminal case and it's a writ for appearance not child support Or anything i need to pay

I would still not suggest showing up at the courthouse without representation.
