North Carolina

Hello,

I am considering filing a tort on my own. I strongly believe that I have an excellent case; however- I need to understand the statute of limitations on these actions and if the NC courts make exceptions. Without going into the sordid details...the wrongful action last occurred in 1999, but I didn't learn the full extent of it until last March. (2004) As a matter of fact, I didn't learn the specifics as to how intentional it was until tonight. I know this is vague and I can provide more info.

Thanks-

T
