Wondering if a complaint can be filed for a civil rights violation of invasion of privacy in the workplace. A fellow bank employee (of lessor status), on his own, gave out another employee's personal information using his "banking connections" and requested a third party investigate where this employee was taking new employment. This employee did this for personal satisfaction after the employee would not disclose (for personal family reasons) where he was taking employment.
