What is the name of your state? Washington State
I would like to appeal a decision, but I am confused about the 30 days timeline. The judge gave his opinion at the end of trial and the amount of money that must be paid to the plaintiffs for the damages they claimed. Do I have 30 days from the last day of trial? I was told an order must be signed once the plaintiff's attorney files it. How many days do they have to file this order? Do the courts count business days or weekends in the 30 days? Thank you
