What is the name of your state? Alaska

Can I get some comments on the belief that some lower courts judges makes some of their rulings or decisions, knowing their decisions can only be change by an appellate court. Thereby buying more time before having to rule in favor of a certain party; Most parties will not appeal, a party do not understand the appellate process, and some party do not have the money to appeal. This can cause continue psychology or financial damage in family, children, or victims. For an example, a courts denial of child support modification even that a parties’ income has decrease, or allow children to stay in a home where the child has been sexual abuse by a relative.

Please provide some comments. :(

We don't do "feedback." Here's some feedback, you need to work on your construction of sentences in English. How about asking a specific question.

I believe they do. I have been involved with non-custodial parents groups sinse 1988.

In a friend's case several weeks ago, the judge said he would take the weekend (the was was heard on Thursday) to look over all the evidence and make his judgement. The judgement did not cover the most important issues and continued to be very biased. We really need a movement to change the legal system. No one deserves a free ride in life.

Another site is taking a pole on whether college costs should be awarded in decrees, when in most cases the parents could not have set back funds for the children.

To many judges don't know family law and rely on the attorneys instead of being able to use common sense and their legal knowledge to keep from using the law to screw anyone. And they should not use vindictiveness because they don't like an individual.
