What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
When I moved in here we signed a lease agreement on renting as a commercial lease. It started on May 5, 2005 and ended on May 5, 2006. We never renewed it or had a new one drawn up, it has just been month to month on faith. Now I never got to use the house as a business so its just been a home that i occupied and paid rent for religously. I have never not paid or nothing and I have even done my share of fixing the place when things needed done instead of always hassaling the landlord. Now my question is whether or not the lease is still relevant even though it expired almost 3 years ago? Can you help me?
