LLC Corporate veil issues

What is the name of your state? Florida
We formed an LLC as Sales agents for a corporation. We did a few jobs, collected deposits, had a falling out with the corporation and couldnt complete the jobs. This corporation is threating to call the authorities on us personally. What is the worst case scenario? Arent we covered under our own corporate veil?

Depends on a lot of issues, such as whether you followed the corporate formalities, whether you kept the registration current, whether or not the LLC was an alter ego of you guys, whether the LLC was used to commit a fraud, etc.

You need a lawyer for this one...
