Massachusetts: I got a temporary restraining order through the Superior Court against an individual living in my apt. building who assaulted me. She is a substance abuser and I do not know her.

I had to go back today and they issued an injunction. Now, my questions:

I HAD to go to Superior Court (instead of District or Criminal) as this person had no prior realtionship with me. What kind of teeth does this injunction have? If she violates the Order is it a criminal matter? Can I call the police if she violates this Order?
Or, hopefully not, is this order just a waste of time.

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
