i am the respondent in a request for trial de novo after arbitration in a fee dispute.
i would like to request a change of venue given the underlying case was against the court in which the trial de novo was filed and because of health reasons.
is there a time limit in which the motion for change of venue must be filed? if there is are there any exceptions.
i have also been served interrogatories. as the respondent, and winner in the arbitration, am i compelled to answer any and every question sent to me, and can i also serve the pettioners with interrogatories as well.
thanx for the help ..... have not had much luck getting an attorney
