What is the name of your state?California
I am the Plaintiff. I Motion to Stay was filed from the Defendant on the basis that another federal case involving both parties is being litigated in the Federal court under diferent causes of action even there is a few similarities in the course of events.
I am seeking monetary and injuctive relief for several causes including false adverts. UCL,gross negligence...
Can I defit the Motion to Stay because I am asking preliminary injuction?
Thanks,
I was not repiting any question in the other thread
A PLAINTIFF FROM A STATE CASE CANNOT TRANSFER A CASE TO A FEDERAL COURT ONLY THE DEFENDANT.
