What is the name of your state? alabama

My sister passed away in September and her daughter is my niece.
I have been trying to get my niece who is administrator of her estate
to move her mother's trailor which on my land. My sister lived there for
about 2 years rent free. I sent my niece a registered notarized signed
receipt last month after several phone calls to her asking her to remove
the trailor which is really an eyesore. She is not being very cooperative
about moving the trailor. She refused to sign for my registered letter
that I sent her last month. I need for the trailor to be moved and the
lot it is on cleaned up because it is just a mess. What can I do? Dennis

What would happen if you told her in person that you had a guy signed up to move that trailer to the dump next Thursday and if she wanted anything out of it, she'd best be a-gettin' it?

It worked for me once.

I am from Alabama,
I would like to thank senior judge for his speedy reply.

I would love to do it your way but with this girl probably take me to
court over that old trailer without any hestation. If I threatned
to disturb that old junker she would sue me for the cost of the
trailor. If I did move it to the dump I would be out close to $1000.00
which is more than it is worth. Her husband is also a hoodlum and a
violent person. I think that only a court order will do any good and
I don't know how much it would cost to get it done. I would like to
get a judgement against her for about 4 months rent at $100.00 per
month. She has no money but if I could get a lien against the trailor for
the lot rental after she had been notified 4 months ago to move it.
I really need advice and any help that anyone would be willing to give me.
Thank you so much for any help that you can give. Dennis

Try sending the certified letter addressed to the estate of. State about the fees and then file a claim against the estate. It might get her attention.
