What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I have found out that someone that works for the cell phone provider I have, accessed my account with only using my cell phone number. (without my knowledge or permission) Then gave my personal information i.e. home address, place of employment and so on to a third party to where I was contacted directly from this person and also indirectly through someone else on behalf of this person.

The question I have is what civil rights do I have for being able to go after this person and the cell phone company for letting it happen?

Sorry if this post wasn't in the correct section.
