Hello, I was wrongly arrested and incarcerated in Mohave Co. while visiting my grandchildred for the holidays. I've been on antidepression medication for 12 years. The correction facility refused to give me my meds for 3 days. My Public defender and Doctor advised me to file a civil suit. Which kind of attorney do I need? I am on disablity. You can sue for your damages. What damages did you incur due to the lack of medication for the 3 days? If you suffered no damages, you don't have a case.
