We received a voluntary dismissal without prejudice from a debt collector suit, (after filing 13). We have a counterclaim pending. Do we file a response or is this automatic?

The Motion to Dismiss should have been filed with the court when it was sent to you. Contact the court and verify that the dismissal was filed. If not, then simply file a copy of the dismissal sent to you.
