After being served in the State of California . I received a " Notice of case management conference" . I don't now what exactly to expect there nore how I can prepare for it.
Does somebody have advice for me of how to prepare for it or what exactly it is ?

Some links for you, maclaw:

First, here is link to your previous thread, so others will have background information: https://forum.freeadvice.com/civil-litigation-46/missed-response-date-after-being-served-617423.html

A case management conference is where the parties meet to discuss the case, generally to see if the matter can be settled prior to trial.

A link to California's Self-help on case management conferences: http://www.courts.ca.gov/1306.htm

And finally, here is a link that was provided to you by the court and then provided to you in your previous thread and which is being provided to you again, because I do not think you have taken advantage of it. Here is the link to California's lawhelp.org: http://www.lawhelpcalifornia.org/

Good luck, maclaw.
